The immaculate cleanliness of the room, paired with the exceptionally comfortable bed, created a perfect oasis after a day of exploring Palma. What stood out the most, however, was the outstanding hospitality; the staff were not only friendly but genuinely eager to help, providing invaluable recommendations for local attractions while effortlessly arranging our taxi on departure. The presence of a children's play area added an extra touch for families, ensuring that younger guests have a dedicated space to enjoy themselves. With 24-hour reception and a cozy bar/lounge area, Hotel Abelay delivers unbeatable convenience and warmth, making it a fantastic choice for anyone seeking value without compromising comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for both short and extended stays!
